Enrollment and Student Services (ESS) Offices of Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions recently held an Outstanding Student Reception and Dinner in the Don Taft University Center.  Selected for their impressive achievements in high school grade point average and test scores on national (SAT and ACT) exams, prospective students and family members gathered to meet university representatives, view the “I Believe in NSU” video, and talk about their plans for college.  Hosted by Stephanie G. Brown, Ed.D., vice president of ESS, guests were also treated to talks from university leadership.

Brad Williams, Ed.D., vice president of Student Affairs and dean of the College of Undergraduate Studies, discussed the most important choices one will make in life, including the decisions regarding college selection.  Don Rosenblum, Ph.D., dean of the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, highlighted the many academic opportunities available to NSU students, including the Honors Program and Dual Admission Program, which provide extraordinary advantages for students. William Faulkner, Ph.D., assistant dean of Student Development, encouraged campus engagement and participation in the NSU leadership program, Razor’s Edge.
