Second Free Sales Workshop Builds Sales Institute Momentum in Community

Over 120 business and sales professionals attended the second in a series of three free sales workshops at the Huizenga Sales Institute on Tuesday, June 28. Titled “Building a Winning Sales Team;” vast number of industries were represented at the event from consulting, banking, retail, technology, marketing firms, insurance, credit card companies, and many more.

Among those who came to learn from incoming H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship professor John F. Riggs were AAA, United Way of Broward County, Bank Atlantic, Allstate, DISH Network, Sheraton, GEODIS, Town of Davie and more.

Attendees learned, among other things:

  • Why is it that some people succeed in sales, while others, who work just as hard, seem to get nowhere?
  • What do the best salespeople have that others do not?
  • What does it really take to succeed in sales?
