Come to the Rec Plex for FREE demonstrations of Belly Dancing and Martial Arts!
Belly Dancing: Whether your intention is for fun, fitness, or future performing, you will be introduced to a new world of thinking and moving with Belly Dance. Learn to belly dance, meet new friends, laugh, exercise, and make memories on Tuesday, Apr. 17 and Thursday, Apr. 19 at 7:00 p.m., in the RecPlex.
Martial Arts: Martial Arts are a great form of exercise and can offer benefits such as muscle toning, strengthening, improved balance, and coordination. It’s It is also an effective cardiovascular workout. Learn some martial arts techniques on Monday, Apr. 16 at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, Apr. 21 at 2:00 p.m., in the RecPlex.
