Women’s Rowing Team Releases 2013 Fall Schedule

NSU rowing head coach Stephen Frazier-Wong has released his schedule for the 2013 fall season.
“Last year’s season was a roller coaster ride that ended with an unbelievable thrill,” stated Frazier-Wong. “I can’t wait to see what this season has in store. Our returners are energized to defend their national championship and our first-year rowers are hungry to help.”
The Sharks will look to defend its first NCAA National Championship this season and become the third school in NCAA Division II rowing history to repeat as champions. After an alumni scrimmage race in Hollywood’s intracoastal on Sept. 28, the road to nationals will start with the Miami Mix on Oct. 5. The Sharks will compete against Sunshine State Conference champions Barry and the University of Miami. Complete Release
