Women’s Cross Country Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team

womens cross countryThe Nova Southeastern women’s cross country team has been honored by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) with a spot on the All-Academic Team, as announced by the national coaches association. In addition, Peri Bowman (Sr., Virginia Beach, Va.) and Alexandria Palm (Sr., Winnebago, Ill.) each received individual All-Academic honors.

Programs must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or greater and scored at an NCAA Division II regional meet to qualify for the award. Individual honorees must have compiled a cumulative grade-point average of 3.25 or greater and must have finished among the top 30 percent of total eligible runners at his or her regional championship.​ Complete Release
