Voluntary Pre-kindergarten Slots Available at Baudhuin Preschool
The Baudhuin Preschool, located on NSU’s main campus in the Jim & Jan Moran Family Center Village, is excited to participate in the state of Florida’s Voluntary Pre-kindergarten Program (VPK); an amazing preschool experience, tuition free!
The preschool utilizes a child-centered, play-based curriculum combining the structure provided by carefully framed objectives with the spontaneity that emerges from commitment to discovery and exploration. The curriculum provides developmentally appropriate activities and experiences. VPK at the Baudhuin Preschool provides instruction in the Florida Voluntary Pre-kindergarten Education Standards preparing children for kindergarten.
To participate, children must be four years of age by Sept. 1, 2010. Visit www.elcbroward.org or www.familycentral.org or call 954-724-7577 to find out the VPK eligibility determination, locations, and times. Proof of Florida residency and proof of age (birth certificate) are needed.
If you have questions, please contact Lois Corrado at corrado@nova.edu or call 954-262-7100.
