Veteran’s Resource Center Grand Opening: Welcome Aboard Brief and Social, Aug. 30
The Leadership Board of the Nova Student Veteran Association (NSVA) will host the Grand Opening of the Veteran’s Resource Center (VRC) on Friday, Aug. 30. Please join us for this momentous event which will begin at 3:00 p.m., in the Rosenthal Building, room 218. The Leadership Board’s official presentation will kick off at 4:00 p.m. At the conclusion of the event, NSVA will attend Sharkapalooza to acquaint themselves with the student body and recruit new members for NSVA.
In the spirit of this event, we ask each attending veteran to bring one service picture with him/her. The pictures will be posted on our bulletin board along with a brief description of time in service. We could not be more excited to witness and be a part of NSVA’s fruition! Come out and show your support for NSVA and its new home!
By 2015, there will be over one million returning veterans. Let’s make it our mission to ensure they have a warm and spirited environment to come home to! See you soon!
