About the Talk
The EPA’s enforcement activities have long been recognized as a crucial component of pollution control in the United States. Mintz’s presentation will discuss the elements necessary for a successful environmental-enforcement program, the extent to which the EPA’s ongoing enforcement efforts reflect those requisite elements, and the implications of the EPA’s work in the enforcement of future federal laws limiting the emission of greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change.
