University School’s Arts Department Presents Footloose, April 19, 20, and 21
Join University School families and friends at the Epstein Center for the Arts on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 21 at 1:30 p.m., for the musical production of Footloose! When Ren and his mother move from Chicago to a small farming town, Ren is prepared for the adjustment to his new high school. What he isn’t prepared for are the local restrictive laws. Footloose celebrates the wisdom of listening to young people and guiding them with a warm heart and an open mind. With music from legends like Sammy Hagar, Kenny Loggins, and Eric Carmen and high-energy, toe-tapping dance numbers, this production is sure to be a hit for the entire family.
