University School of NSU’s Head Coach Named Athletic Director of the Year
University School of NSU’s head coach, Roger Harriott, was recently named the 2010-2012 Athletic Director of the Year by Everything High School Sports.
The online magazine acknowledged Harriott’s efforts, citing his student-athlete focus along with such program development benchmarks as last year’s district titles in girl’s tennis, boy’s soccer, softball, football and girl’s basketball plus two regional championships in football and boys soccer, and a state title in boys soccer.
Harriott maintains that the real winning occurs in the classroom, and pushes USchool student athletes to succeed on and off the field, court, track and baseball diamond.
