Two NSU Faculty Members Recognized by Dentistry Today
Two NSU College of Dental Medicine faculty members were featured in the December 2014 issue of Dentistry Today magazine as “Leaders in Dental Continuing Education.” The honorees were Linda Niessen, D.M.D., M.P.H., M.P.P., dean and professor of the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, and Michael A. Siegel, D.D.S., M.S., FDS RCSEd, professor and chair of the Department of Diagnostic Sciences (oral medicine) at the NSU College of Dental Medicine and professor of internal medicine at NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. This honor was based on content expertise, speaking invitations and audience size at the major dental meetings held in the United States. This is the 7th year in a row that Siegel has received this recognition and the 11th year for Niessen.
