Tri-Rail launches ‘Change Is Good’ campaign

Tri-Rail’s premier “Change Is Good” campaign encourages YOU the commuter, to “change” the way you get to work, and emphasizes the “change” you can save by riding Tri-Rail.

Tri-Rail plans to introduce many exciting changes in the near future. Upcoming events include Connecting to South Florida’s major airports. For that reason, Tri-Rail will be launching its “Cleared for Take-Off” program. This campaign will promote Tri-Rail’s convenient and cost-saving airport service with the chance for participants to win a vacation getaway.

Reaching out to families and building on past successes, Tri-Rail’s “Rail Fun Day” will encourage families to ride the train and take advantage of the weekend discount rate and attend a free community celebration at Tri-Rail’s Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport Station at Dania Beach. This popular event, which takes place on Oct. 30, will feature music, entertainment, a kids’ Halloween costume contest, a Conductor George Green appearance, and more.

Other exciting adventures include Tri-Rail’s Bicycle Locker Program, as well as new shuttle connections that will provide service to select business districts and popular leisure destinations. Additionally, look for Tri-Rail’s Street Team, who will be out in-force at some of South Florida’s largest regional events.

Now that summer is over, Tri-Rail intends to use these new and creative marketing programs to introduce new riders to Tri-Rail, as well as to say thank you to Tri-Rail’s loyal supporters.

With more than 2,500 employers and over 6,500 members, Tri-Rail’s Employer Discount Program (EDP) continues to be one of the greatest benefits. For example, did you know that the EDP saves commuters 25% on Tri-Rail’s already low fares, and that NSU now offers salary deductions for all EDP members?
