Thinking Money Program, April 12

Frugal is the New You! Textbooks on the Cheap! Why pay full price for your textbook when you can get it cheaper! There are many ways to save money on your textbooks. Learn about library resources, how to rent, buy or swap textbooks, comparison shop, and locate free downloads and open source materials. You will also learn some questions to ask your teacher or professor to get the book you can afford!  Held in conjunction with the NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library 25th semi-annual Used Book Sale.

Attendees will be eligible for a drawing for a chance to win Book Bucks for the Alvin Sherman Library Used Book Sale or for a $100.00 gift certificate courtesy of the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation to be used at an American Thrift Store in Broward County.
