The Weather did not Stop NSU’s Inaugural Employee Wellness Field Day
What an Event!
More than 250 NSU employees attended the Inaugural Employee Wellness Field Day held June 2, 2017 on the Library Quad. The event was sponsored by the Office of Human Resources in conjunction with the Office of Recreation and Wellness. The employees did not let the weather stop them from coming out and participating in this spectacular event.
When employees participated in the various activities they received raffle tickets for chances to win one of prizes, such as a beach cruiser bike with helmet, iPad mini 32 GB and various Fitbits. Along with water bottles, backpacks and hand towels as giveaways.
The event started with a highly competitive game of kickball. Watching teams build camaraderie was a beautiful sight especially when they stopped arguing about who was in and out. Other activities included tug-of-war, relay races and walking was another well attended section of the games. If you don’t believe us check out the photos!
