Tennis Reaches No. 4 in National Rankings

Tennis Reaches No. 4 in National Rankings. Highest ranking in program history.

The undefeated Nova Southeastern University tennis team has reached No. 4 in the ITA National Rankings, released Wednesday for the month of March.

The fourth-ranked Sharks have reached the highest national ranking in program history by starting the season 14-0. The 2015 squad surpassed the previous best of seventh in 2007. In addition, ace Sabrina Kierberg (Jr., Berlin, Germany) was named eighth in the nation while Petra Jurova (Jr., Bratislavia, Slovakia) was named 25th in singles play. The duo of Kierberg and Francesca Sella (Fr., Carpenedolo, Italy) were ranked 25th nationally in doubles play.

The Sharks will play at home this weekend, taking on Eckerd on Friday at 3 p.m. and Rollins on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
