Taylor to Play for the 2012 Sir Michael Bonallack Trophy

Benjamin Taylor

Nova Southeastern golfer Benjamin Taylor (So., Leatherhead, England), currently ranked No.1 in the nation, travelled to Portugal during Apr. 25-27, to represent team Europe for the 2012 Sir Michael Bonallack Trophy at the Monte Rei Golf & Country Club.

The Sir Michael Bonallack Trophy is an international match with the best players from Europe and Asia-Pacific and is a true demonstration of the globalism of golf.

“This is a tremendous honor for Ben,” said men’s golf coach Garrett Runion. “He was selected to a team of some of the best amateur golfers in the world and we couldn’t be more proud of his accomplishment. He is a true testament of what our program here at Nova Southeastern represents and we wish him the best of luck in Portugal.” Click here to see the complete release.
