Tampa SEC sponsoring a Cell Phone Drive

Want to get rid of your old cell phones?  NSU’s Doctor of Health Science Program-Community Project is sponsoring a Cell Phone Drive at the NSU Tampa Student Educational Center.  The collection box will be available between Tuesday July 12 and Thursday July 14 in the NSU Tampa lobby where you can donate cell phones, pagers, PDA’s, Toner, and Inkjet cartridges to help the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.

Some of the phones will be used as 911 phones at no cost to seniors, victims of domestic violence, and others at risk.  Your donated items can also be recycled to help raise funds for the Child & Family Safety Program in Hillsborough County who provides services for children who are victims of violence, abuse, or neglect.

For more information, send email to SaTampa@nova.edu.
