Students Collaborate at Caribbean Law Clinic

The Shepard Broad Law Center recently hosted the Caribbean Law Clinic (CLC), created by the American and Caribbean Law Initiative (ACLI) which is a consortium of four Caribbean and five U.S. law schools.  Each semester law students meet in a selected venue to coordinate research and prepare a joint presentation on topical legal issues.

This semester, the CLC included approximately30 law students and ten faculty members from the following Caribbean and U.S. Law Schools: Cayman Islands Law School (George Town, Grand Cayman), Eugene Dupuch Law School (Nassau, Bahamas), Hugh Wooding Law School (Tunapuna, Trinidad), Norman Manley Law School (Kingston, Jamaica), Florida Coastal University School of Law (Jacksonville, Florida), Florida International University College of Law, Stetson University College of Law and NSU’s Shepard Broad Law Center.
