Become a Star at NSU: Audition for Upcoming NSU Theatre Productions, Aug. 25

Attention aspiring actors, dancers, singers, and stage technicians: the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences Division of Performing and Visual Arts will be hosting auditions on Thursday, Aug. 25 for two upcoming Premier Series stage productions, Doubt: A Parable and Tartuffe. Auditions and interviews will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., in the college’s Performing and Visual Arts Wing in the Don Taft University Center, room 310.

Actors (non-singers) must prepare a contemporary, one-minute monologue for their audition. Actors/singers and singers (non-actors) need to prepare a monologue and 16 bars. Everyone must also prepare a joke for their audition. Technicians will be interviewed by division faculty and staff members.

Auditions and interviews are open to all NSU students, faculty and staff members, and members of the NSU community. No experience necessary.
