Soccer players Brivio and Fanfoni Named All-SSC
NSU’s Nicola Brivio (So., Gallarte, Italy) and Stefano Fanfoni (So., Cremona, Italy) were recently named to the All-Sunshine State Conference Men’s Soccer teams, as announced by the conference office. The duo, who combined for 12 assists this season, were the leading playmakers for the Sharks in 2013. Brivio was named to the first team, recognizing him as one of the three best defenders in the league. Brivio had five assists on the season and held a shot-on-goal percentage of .500, with nine shots on target out of 18 attempts. Brivio also helped the Sharks claim four shutouts this season.
