SHSS Students Provide Anti-Bullying Assembly at Perry Elementary School

Six students enrolled in the master’s program in Family Therapy at the Department of Family Therapy (DFT) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) recently provided an anti-bullying assembly at the Annabel C. Perry Elementary School in Miramar. The six students, Mike Rolleston, Stephanie Castorani, Lacey Herring, Farheen Waquad, Idit Sharoni and Andrea Schneider are MFT interns currently placed at the school. The school’s requested the assembly, which was designed using puppets.

Students in the DFT programs provide services as interns at many organizations in South Florida, including a number of schools.
