SHSS Student receives Air Force General Counsel’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Award
Wynona James, M.S., doctoral student in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), was a recipient of the 2011 Air Force General Counsel’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Award, AFSPC level. The award is given annually to recognize the contributions of organizations and/or individuals to advance the goals of the air force alternative dispute resolution and negotiations program. James was cited for her use of alternative dispute resolution to resolve disputes resulting in significant savings of time and money. James is with the 21st Space Wing, Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado.
