SHSS Student Named a Committee President of Mediators Beyond Borders
Bina Patel, doctoral candidate in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has been named President of the University Leadership Committee (UCLC), a part of Mediators Beyond Borders (MBB). Patel is the founding president of the NSU student chapter of MBB. As UCLC President she oversees all of the MBB university chapters in the US.
Patel received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Business Administration and Management and her master’s degree in International Business from NSU. She is the Regional Tender Coordinator for Geodis Wilson.
