SHSS Student Joins the Faculty at Prince Mohammad Bin-Fahd University in Saudi Arabia
Nadia Lucien, MSHRM, doctoral candidate in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in NSU’s Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has joined the faculty as a Lecturer at Prince Mohammad Bin-Fahd University in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Lucien will teach courses such as Organizational Development and Change, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Human Resources Management and Training and Development.
Lucien, originally from Haiti, holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University in Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality. Her master’s degree is from NSU’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Human Resources Management. Prior to her current position, Lucien had an extensive career in human resources including as a director of human resources and as a consultant.
