SHSS Faculty and Student Present at the 5th Annual Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Conference
Elena Bastidas, Ph.D., faculty in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) and doctoral candidate Consuelo Kelley, presented at the 5th Annual Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Conference hosted by Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Their presentation was entitled, “Improving Curriculum Development in Conflict Resolution Programs through Scholarship of Engagement.”
Bastidas’ research interests include conflict analysis and resolution, economics, conservation and development, gender and development, development of appropriate technology for small farmers, livelihood systems and quantitative methods.
