SHSS Alum Publishes Book on Exploring Prejudice

Amy Guimond, M.S., graduate of the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has published a book entitled, “Exploring Prejudice: One Woman’s Journey Beneath the Veil.” The book chronicles her own insights and reflections during a 28 day period in which she wore a hijab. Guimond is now pursuing her doctoral degree.
