SHSS Alum Publishes Book entitled, Determinants of Success in UN Peacekeeping Operations
Jacques Koko, Ph.D., a doctoral graduate of the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has published a book with Essoh Jean-Mathieu Essis, Ph.D. entitled, Determinants of Success in UN Peacekeeping Operations, published by University Press of America.
Koko is as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution at Salisbury University in Maryland and Adjunct Professor at American Military University. He is the author of the book, National Conference as a Conflict Transformation Strategy and Peacemaking: The Legacy of the Republic of Benin Model, published in 2008.
Essis, a former DCAR assistant professor, is a Senior Public Officer and Diplomat for the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire.
