SHSS Alum Presents at Cross-disciplinary Conference at Fu-Jen University
Jenny Hsiu-Ying Chang, Ph.D., a doctoral graduate the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in NSU’s Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS,) was a presenter at the cross-disciplinary conference, “6th Social thoughts and 1st International Conference of Applied Psychology for Chinese Societies.” The conference was held at Fu-Jen University in Taiwan.
Currently, she is teaching in the General Education Center of Hwa Hsia University of Technology. Prior to this, she has worked as a research associate at the Institute of Ethnology of Academia Sinica, a leading research institute in Taiwan. As a certified mediator and qualified conflict resolution trainer in Florida, she has conducted workshops and presented in international professional conferences on topics including cross-cultural conflict resolution, intercultural communication, trust and team building, and conflict transformation. Her publications include trust building and trust conceptualization.
