SHSS Alum is Named Dean of Conflict Management at Sullivan University
LaVena Wilkin, Ph.D., a doctoral graduate of the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has been named Dean of Conflict Management and Professor in the Graduate College at Sullivan University in Kentucky. Wilkin was previously Dean of the College of Business Administration.
Wilkin’s research and teaching interests include workplace bullying, conflict and change, organizational conflict management, and communication.
