SHSS Alum Named Associate Ombudsman for the American Red Cross
Robert Hosea, Ph.D., a graduate of the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) program in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has been named an Associate Ombudsman for the American Red Cross in Washington, DC. Hosea previously interned for the Office of the Ombudsman at the National Institutes of Health.
While he was a doctoral student at NSU, Hosea was a graduate assistant and served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, conducting mediations in Broward County’s Small Claims Court. He is a member of the International Ombudsman Association (IOA).
