SHSS Alum earns Faculty position at the University of Rhode Island
Jacqueline Sparks, Ph.D., graduate of the doctoral program in the Department of Family Therapy in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) is now an associate professor of Family Therapy in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Rhode Island.
Sparks is the author or co-author of numerous articles and book chapters as well as the co-author of several books including: Heroic Clients, Heroic Agencies: Partners for Change; and The Heroic Client: A Revolutionary Way to Improve Effectiveness Through Client-directed, Outcome-informed Therapy.
