SHSS Alum Addresses the Broward Association for Marriage and Family Therapy

Charmaine Borda, Ph.D., a master’s and doctoral graduate of the Department of Family Therapy (DFT) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) was the featured presenter for the Broward Association for Marriage and Family Therapy on Sept. 17.

Borda’s workshop was entitled: “Family Dilemmas: Dynamic, On-demand Education Tools – The Real-time Electronic Grade Book (The School’s New Tattle-Tale?)” The workshop was held at the Alvin Sherman Library from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Borda maintains a private practice and specializes in sexual abuse and trauma. She is also an adjunct professor for the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy.
