Sharks Set for Crucial Basketball Doubleheader against Tampa University Spartans, Feb. 22
Calling all Sharks! Come out to the basketball doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 22 – Sharks Community Day – when our men’s and women’s teams will host the Tampa University Spartans. Conference championships and Sunshine State Conference Tournament seeds will be on the line for this crucial regular season weekend. A win over Tampa would give the Sharks a huge advantage in what has become the tightest conference race in recent history.
The women’s game will kick off at 2:00 pm and the men will play at 4:00 pm in the Arena at the Don Taft University Center.
All fans will receive free admission when wearing NSU Shark gear and Jimmy John’s will provide free sandwiches prior to the game.
For those who need to purchase Shark apparel, the NSU Bookstore will be on hand selling the latest in hats, T-shirts, workout gear and much more. A special 15% discount will also be offered beginning at 12:45 pm.
