Sharks Make Debut in NSCAA Top-25

For the first time this season, the Sharks have cracked the Top-25 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) poll, announced Tuesday afternoon.

Just one week after receiving votes, the Sharks enter the rankings at No. 20 following three wins in a five-day span, including a pair of Sunshine State Conference victories over Florida Southern and Tampa.

Overall, head coach John Constable‘s club has won four consecutive matches to run its season record to 7-1.
Three-time defending national champion Grand Valley State reclaimed the top spot in this week’s poll, followed by No. 2 Central Missouri, No. 3 Colorado School of Mines, No. 4 East Stroudsburg and No. 5 Adelphi.

NSU squares off at home against 14th-ranked Embry-Riddle Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET. For complete coverage, follow along on Twitter at @NSU_WSoccer and by clicking on the provided links on the schedule page.
