SharkLine Student Employment – Phonathon Supervisor Opportunity
Job position: Phonathon Supervisor (#890)
Compensation: $11 per hour – federal work study preferred. Graduate student preferred
Hours: 20-25 hours per week. 4:00 -10:00 pm Monday-Thursday
Job description:
SharkLine supervisors are responsible for the success and management of the university’s annual fund phonathon program
Specific responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, managing, and motivating a staff of 10-15 student callers
- Create/edit manuals to assist and train callers, including calling scripts
- Monitor nightly calls
- Maintain weekly/monthly/yearly reports for semester and year-end analysis
- Manage the student caller payroll/budget report
- Conduct performance reviews for each caller
- Provide feedback to the Assistant Direct of Annual Giving regarding the program and individual caller performance
Applicants must be able to provide their own transportation in order to arrive to the University’s Call Center located on the East Campus.
