The Festival of Chocolate comes to the Arena at Taft UC, Oct. 13-14
Calling all Chocoholics! Mark your calendar for Oct. 13-14 for the ultimate chocolate experience when NSU will host The Festival of Chocolate at the Arena in the Don Taft University Center. It will begin at 10:00 am both days, ending at 6:00 pm on Saturday and 5:00 pm on Sunday.
The Festival of Chocolate will feature an all-chocolate vendor showcase; interactive activities; live competitions; chocolate game shows; a world record challenge, educational classes and a Cocoa Couture Fashion Show.
The Festival will also include the area’s best chocolate and confection companies selling everything chocolate from truffles, cakes, crepes and cupcakes to cookies, brownies and gelato. Throughout the weekend, award-winning pastry chefs and chocolatiers host interactive demonstrations sharing techniques and tricks of the trade while live chocolate showpiece and cake decorating competitions give breathtaking artistic sculptures a tasty twist.
The Festival of Chocolate has been recognized as one of the Top Ten Chocolate Festivals in the USA.
