RSVP Now to Attend NSU’s 2010 Faculty Reception, Sept. 21
NSU faculty members are invited to attend the Ninth Annual Faculty Reception, which will be held on Sept. 21 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Second Floor Gallery of NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library.
This is a chance to mingle with colleagues from throughout the university, while being treated to delicious hors d’oeuvres and celebrating the start of the new academic year. As a special treat, members of the “Red Vest Society” will be mixing, shaking and stirring drinks. Be on the lookout for these NSU VIPs, who will create custom beverage mixes just for you!
History buffs are also in for a rare treat, as the reception is also the opening of two concurrent White House exhibits in the Second Floor Gallery – one featuring letters handwritten by George Washington and Abraham Lincoln and the other with displays featuring James Hoban, the architect of the White House.
