Register Now for The Parenting Place at Mailman Segal Center
The temperatures may still be in the 90s, but at The Parenting Place™…Fall is right around the corner.
Registration for our fall classes is open now. Sign up for an old favorite or try something new, such as:
• The Play Together, Learn Together™ Series: A progressive program of classes for families with children, newborn through three years old. You and your child will participate in play-based activities that support cognitive and social development while learning solutions to parenting challenges and enjoying opportunities to develop friendships.
• ABCs and 1-2-3s: Through art, stories and hands-on activities, your child will be introduced to the world of books and numbers.
• What’s Cooking? Whether you have a finicky eater or a budding chef, join your child and prepare yummy, healthy meals while learning about cooking, cooperation, and making friends.
And, for children 2-5 years of age and ready to attend class on their own:
• Art Explosion™: Rainbow colors, scissors, clay, paint, and paste. Children’s curiosity and creativity explode in this fun, exciting, multimedia art program.
• Good Sports: Help your child learn cooperation and sportsmanship in a fun and active environment.
• Pop, Bubble, Fizz: Children are naturally curious about the world around them. In this class, children will enjoy simple experiments, nature walks, gardening, and fuzzy friends. Science has never been more exciting or educational.
