Real Estate Development Alumni YOLO it up!

MSRED alumni and friends mix and mingle at YOLO’s O Lounge on Las Olas

The H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship’s M.S. in Real Estate Development (MSRED) alumni association formed last year to provide a network for both current students and alumni. They are tracking where students get hired as well as accomplishments in the industry.

On July 12, they held their first “MSRED Alumni & Friends” event at YOLO’s O Lounge on Las Olas.

The event, held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., was intended to provide a venue current MSRED students and alumni to network with industry professionals, and also to build awareness for our program.  Faculty and board members were present along with professionals from Stiles Corp, The Continental Group, Tate Capital Management, GrandBridge Realty (a subsidiary of BB&T), Ocean Bank, CREC, BOMA, Ross Realty and Bank of America.

Approximately 80 people attended, including one of our most recent MSRED alumni, Benjamin Boies, who was recently hired by Stiles Corporation as a Real Estate Analyst. For more information on the Huizenga Business School’s MSRED program, visit www.nova.edu/business
