There’s still time to quit! NSU offers 6-Week Free Tobacco Cessation Program begins, May 16
There is still time to quit smoking before NSU’s Tobacco-Free initiative goes into effect on July 1.
The NSU Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Program and the Healthy Lifestyles Guided Self-Change Program offer group and individual programs designed to motivate and help smokers prepare to quit, select a quit date, and learn strategies and skills to quit and stay tobacco-free. FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches, gum, lozenges) will be provided to eligible participants while supplies last.
Quit Smoking Now Program:
Quit Smoking Now is a FREE 6-week tobacco cessation group.
Registration now open for the following group:
- Wednesdays, May 16 – June 20, 2012, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Group will meet every Wednesday for 6 weeks (May 16, 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20)
Individual Tobacco Cessation Programs:
Six individual sessions, by appointment only.
