Quarterly KUDOS Winner Announced
Aura Aleman
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) recognizes Aura Aleman as the quarterly KUDOS award winner. KUDOS is an acronym for Knowledge and Unparalleled Dedication to Outstanding Service. The program was established to recognize and reward individuals in the OHR who excel in accountability, customer service, and development.
Aleman joined NSU in March 2008 as an HR Consultant, and quickly established strong, dynamic relationships with her client groups which include University School, Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, and the Fischler School of Education and Human Services. As a Consultant, Aleman has excelled at meeting the needs of her client groups, and distinguished herself by providing clients with an exceptional level of customer service. Aleman’s clients applaud her ability to work with effective speed in meeting their business needs, especially in the area of faculty recruitment, and they commend her initiative and willingness to take part in center-wide meetings as a means to become a true business partner, dedicated to moving her centers forward in the achievement of their goals and objectives.
