Professor Interviewed on Radio Program about U.S. Economy
Albert Williams, Ph.D., chair and professor of Economics at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, was recently interviewed for a radio program regarding the U.S. economy. Topics covered during the interview included: the debt ceiling, who lends the U.S. government money, effects of the S&P downgrade, job creation, U.S. corporations that fail to pay taxes, why unemployment in Miami is so high, and the impact of the stock market on a typical American. The interview was broadcasted throughout South Florida on August 28 on Majic 102.7 and 790 the ticket at 5 a.m., as well on Lite 101.5 at 11 p.m.
