Pride Bite: NSU Shepard Broad Law Center Opened its Doors in 1974

Did you know when the Center for the Study of Law (now the Shepard Broad Law Center) finally opened its doors in 1974, 175 eager students were waiting? Its dean predicted a total of 500 in years to come. He was proven wrong: By 1988, it had 770 aspiring lawyers from 22 states and four foreign countries. These days, nearly 1,000 students study law at NSU.
