President Hanbury Welcomes U.S. President Barack Obama at NSU’s Grande Oaks Golf Club
President and CEO of Nova Southeastern University George Hanbury II, Ph.D., welcomed President Barack Obama as he hit the greens Saturday, November 9, 2013, with former NBA star Alonzo Mourning at NSU’s Grande Oaks Golf Club.
The President and Mourning, currently Vice President of Player Programs with the Miami Heat, teed off in the famous Grande Oaks Golf Club known as the location where the movie “Caddyshack” was filmed. President Obama arrived in Miami Friday evening and was in South Florida for a trio of fundraisers.
