Pharmacy Professor Appointed to Faculty Advisory Council
Jean Latimer, Ph.D., associate professor of pharmaceutical sciences at Nova Southeastern University’s College of Pharmacy (COP), has been appointed to serve on NSU’s Faculty Advisory Council (FAC). The goal of the FAC is to enhance, protect, and maintain the intellectual integrity of the university through its academic programs. The Council serves as a forum to recommend new and innovative change; a platform to address academic issues and concerns; and a resource for conceiving, developing, and implementing new projects. Latimer is a cancer researcher and educator who joined COP from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Medicine.
