Page Named SSC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week

Nova Southeastern University junior Chris Page (Plainfield, Ind.) was named Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week for his performance Saturday in the Sharks’ 86-82 win over the Tampa Spartans.

Page tied his career high of 28 points in the 86-82 victory over Tampa. In his 32 minutes of play, Page went 10-for-18 shooting from the floor and 5-for-10 shooting from 3-point range. He was also the team’s leading playmaker with five assists, while also collecting five rebounds.

Page is averaging 24 points per game on the season. He’s shooting 56% from the field, 50% from behind the arc and 89% from the line. He previously scored 19 points in his season debut against Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and dropped 25 points on Seton Hill.
