On-Campus Meditation Sessions for the NSU Community
If you have been feeling anxious or overwhelmed, consider meditation to help manage your stress and improve your focus. There are free meditation sessions on campus every Monday and Wednesday to help bring back your inner peace. These sessions will offer silent breath-awareness meditation for 25 minutes. All you need to bring is an open mind. However, if you prefer to sit on a meditation cushion or bench, rather than a chair, feel free to bring one.

No experience necessary, but those new to meditation should arrive 10 minutes early.
