Office of Risk Management to host Workplace Ergonomic Workshop, Oct. 28
The Office of Risk Management, as part of its ongoing prevention program to reduce work injury through employee education, announces four sessions to address poor posture and body mechanics stresses during the “Workplace Ergonomic Workshop” which will be presented on October 28, 9:00 am – 3:30 pm in the Carl DeSantis Building, room 1053/1054.
Guest speaker is Jennifer Shamus, physical therapist for more than 20 years who specializes in biomechanics of the human body. Seating is limited; RSVPs are required. Please signing up at the Risk Management site athttp://www.nova.edu/risk/training/ergonomics/index.html.
