NSUWorks passes 1,000,000 Downloads around the World!
Did you know?
In February of 2014, NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library launched an institutional repository to collect, archive and disseminate scholarship and historical materials produced by the faculty, students, staff, and alumni of NSU. In December 2015 NSUWorks had just over 300,000 downloads. Now, one year and 21,000 works later NSUWorks has just surpassed the one million download mark.
What is NSUWorks?
NSUWorks is a repository – an online, open access archive that currently includes faculty publications, theses/dissertations, collections from the NSU Archives, sixteen journals, seventeen conferences, and a myriad of other items related to the history and scope of NSU’s past and present. Additionally, SelectedWorks has been added to the repository and serves as individual faculty pages to showcase publications, creative works and performances. NSUWorks and Selectedworks continue to grow daily and welcome submissions, questions and the opportunity to collaborate on projects at nsuworks@nova.edu.
