NSU’s Office of Human Resources’ Lunch and Learn Series, Sept.12

Led by author, psychologist, and educator Gay Lynn Grigas, M.A. Psy., the Trigger-Proof Your Way to Success will focus on solutions to common workplace problems. Presented as easy-to-use “tools,” each seminar will provide strategies showing you how to change your responses to workplace “triggers.”

Offered as part of the “Workplace Learning and Performance” training programs, each seminar below is FREE and open to all NSU employees. Lunch is provided or feel free to bring your own.

Even if you’ve missed a few of the earlier sessions, you are invited to join us throughout the year for any of the remaining sessions.

Each seminar below will be held in the Carl DeSantis Building, room #3049 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

  • September 12 – Tool 9: Avoid the Misery Addict
  • October 10 – Tool 10: Choose Your Battles Wisely
  • November 14 – Tool 11: Every Thought That Comes into Your Head Should Not Fall out of Your Mouth
  • December 12 – Tool 12: Attitude Advantage: Being Resilient
